Galanga is used mainly in vairous Thai cooking such as Tomyum, Green Curry, panang and most famously the Chicken Coconut Soup. It enhances the flavour and adds aroma to the dishes. Along with cooking, it has many health benefits as it has anti-inflammatory properties, digestions and helps improve blood circulation.
